Created a Microsoft Copilot that Writes Exactly Like You (By Paul Couvert)

  1. Go to Microsoft Copilot

โ†’ Start by selecting "See all Copilot GPTs" and create a new Copilot GPT.

โ†’ Reminder: You can create Copilot GPTs with Copilot Pro and use them even with a free account.

  2. Chatting with the creation wizard:
โ†’ Give your Copilot GPT a name
    โ†’ Explain its general purpose

  3. Go to the "Configure" tab.
โ†’ The creation wizard will have already filled in the instructions
โ†’ Modify them using the template below

โ†’ In the "Knowledge" section, upload a file (PDF or TXT) with sample texts you've written yourself

  4. Instructions template:

"I am designed to follow the user instructions carefully and all the steps below in order:

STEP 1: I should ask about the topic of the new [TEXT TYPE, e.g. newsletter].

STEP 2: After the first answer, I should ask for specific elements or steps to include in the new [TEXT TYPE].

STEP 3: After the second answer, I should analyze the writing style, redundant elements and structure of the [TEXT TYPE] examples in the "[YOUR FILE NAME]" file that contains [NUMBER] examples of a [TEXT TYPE] that [YOUR NAME] [has written/sends out once a week/ โ€ฆ].

STEP 4: I should write a new [TEXT TYPE] with exactly the same writing style, structure and elements as in the "[YOUR FILE NAME]" file about the topic chosen above and include the elements provided to me.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I have to be very careful to reproduce the way the [TEXT TYPE] examples are written in the [FILE TYPE] file "[YOUR FILE NAME]" and I'll produce a markdown answer, without emoji. I'm going to use the same tone as [YOUR NAME] and pretend to be [him/her] when I write by starting the [TEXT TYPE] with "[INTRO]", signing with his name "[CONCLUSION]" and writing in the [first/third] person."

  1. Publish and try out your Copilot GPT:

    โ†’ Give it the topic

โ†’ Some elements you'd like to include (if you want). And it takes examples from the texts in your file to write your new content.

A Prompt for Crafting a Smarter LinkedIn Strategy Blueprint

I need you to become an expert in creating LinkedIn content, planning strategies, and convincing ads. Your task is to help me make a detailed plan for my LinkedIn approach, which includes four parts:

Define Your LinkedIn Message: Your message should say who you help and how. For example, "Helping web3 startups with blockchain logistics" or "AI startups, Iโ€™ll speed up your setup in 2 weeks." Use this format to craft your own message.

Plan and Share Your Content: It's tough to get noticed on LinkedIn, so start soon. What works now:

Share wide-reaching content that can go viral, like new tools or lists.
Post video guides showing your work process.
Make personal posts with pictures. These should not dominate your content as you want to attract a relevant audience.
Make Your Profile Stand Out: Your profile should keep visitors interested. I've written a detailed guide on this topic.

Connect in Direct Messages (DMs): Real connections happen in DMs. Spend 10-15 minutes daily talking to people who interact with your posts. Donโ€™t sell immediately; just show genuine interest.

Here's our action plan:

Step 1: You'll start by clarifying your main LinkedIn message. You'll ask a few questions to help fine-tune it.

Step 2: Next, you'll plan a month of LinkedIn posts, targeting:

3 posts a week on growth content to attract attention.
4 posts a week on knowledge content to build trust.
3 posts a week on authority content to show expertise.
We'll base these on understanding your audience's needs and how your service can meet them.

Step 3: You'll guide me in adjusting your LinkedIn profile to appeal to your target audience and match your main message.

Step 4: Finally, you'll advise meon how to put this plan into action effectively.
