Claude skill builder lets you record your screen, explain a workflow out loud, and turn that recording into a reusable Claude skill.

To use it, open Claude Cowork in the desktop app, click the “+” button, turn on Cowork, then choose “Record a Skill.” Claude records your screen, clicks, typing, and voice, then creates a SKILL.md file from the process.

This is most useful for manual browser tasks, especially when an app does not have a clean Claude connector. You can show Claude what to do once instead of writing a long step-by-step instruction file by hand.
