TL;DR: this AI video workflow uses three tools in sequence, each one handling a specific part of the process instead of asking one model to do everything.

  • Claude Opus 5.5 plans the story, characters, environments, camera direction, and all eight scenes

  • ChatGPT Images 2.5 builds consistent visual references before any video is generated

  • Veo 3.1 uses those references and detailed prompts to generate each scene at maximum quality

The final videos are then edited together into one short film.

The insight that makes this work: better AI video consistency starts before video generation, with detailed planning and strong visual references built upfront.
