⚡ Gemini Kills Copy-Paste
Work with AI, no prompts

Your mouse pointer may be the next AI interface. Google’s Magic Pointer shows how Gemini can understand what you’re pointing at, then act without copy-paste, long prompts, or chat windows.

AI INSIGHTS
Google is rethinking the mouse pointer, one of the oldest parts of computing.
The idea is simple: instead of dragging your work into an AI chat window, Gemini comes to where you already are.
Point at a building and say “Show me directions.”
Point at a PDF and ask for a bullet-point summary.
Hover over a table and ask Gemini to turn it into a pie chart.
No long prompt. No copy-paste. No workflow detour.
Google calls this an AI-enabled pointer. It understands what you are pointing at, not just where your cursor is.
That means you can say simple things like “Fix this,” “Move that,” “Merge those,” or “What does this mean?” The pointer gives Gemini the missing context.
Google is already bringing this idea into Chrome and its new Googlebook laptop experience through Magic Pointer.
This may be the bigger AI interface shift: Less typing, fewer prompt boxes, and more natural ways to work with AI.

🧠 Agentmemory gives Claude Code, Codex, and coding agents persistent memory with up to 95% fewer tokens and fully searchable long-term context.
AI CHART
Everyone focused on GPUs. Meanwhile, memory quietly became the next AI bottleneck.
Prices for DDR5, DDR4, and HBM memory have surged since late 2025. DRAM prices reportedly more than tripled YoY, as hyperscalers race to secure long-term supply for AI training.
The biggest winners are Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron, with memory-makers expected to 6x operating income in 2026.
For years, memory was a low-margin commodity. AI changed that. Modern models now depend heavily on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) for speed and efficiency.
The problem is that new memory capacity takes years to build, while AI demand keeps exploding. That could push PC and smartphone prices up 10–20%.
The big question now: Is this just another chip shortage, or the start of a permanent AI memory supercycle?
