🎭 Dreambeans: Google’s Strangest AI Experiment Yet

Google Labs dropped an experimental app called "Dreambeans" that crunches your Google data while you sleep to turn your next day into a personalized story guide.
What's on FIRE 🔥
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SECTION
If you’re like a lot of other leaders today, you probably don’t feel ready to deploy AI agents in your company.
On 18/6, Section is giving away the playbook, for free. You’ll leave with the guide to getting your agentic strategy started and what you actually need to deploy agents ASAP on your team.
AI INSIGHTS
Google Labs dropped an experimental app for iOS and Android, called Dreambeans, and while the name sounds like a fever dream, the tech behind it is actually pretty fascinating.
Dreambeans uses your permission-backed Google data to curate 10-14 personalized "stories" every morning. If you have "get a puppy" on your calendar, the app will generate an animated guide on what to expect during your first week with a new dog.
While you sleep, the app crunches your data footprint across your Google ecosystem to distill everything into a concentrated morning drop.
The goal is to give you a quick burst of inspiration and then get you off your phone to go actually live your life.
According to Google, the data stays localized to you. You can delete your history at any time.
Where did that bizarre name come from? Product lead Gozde Oznur explained that "dream" is literal because the system does its heavy lifting while you sleep, and "beans" represents that freshly brewed cup of coffee to kickstart your morning.
Right now, it's only available to U.S.-based Google AI Ultra subscribers, but there’s a waitlist open for personal Google accounts if you want to see your life cartoonified.

CLAUDE CODE DYNAMIC WORKFLOWS
🎯 Claude Code Dynamic Workflows: Everything You Need to Know to Effectively Run 10+ Agents in Parallel
I almost skipped this one. When Opus 4.8 dropped, Dynamic Workflows looked like another developer feature. Big codebase. Parallel agents. Not for me.
Then I found out Anthropic's own teams were using it before anyone else got access. Isn’t that a real signal? It literally spawns up to 1,000 subagents working in parallel on the same task.
And when I actually dug in, I found out this has nothing to do with being a coder. If you've ever had a task too big for one Claude session, this changes how you work.
Here's everything you need to know. The real use cases, the hidden costs, the mistakes people are already making, and why most people outside of tech are completely sleeping on it.

AI BREAKTHROUGH
Google DeepMind just released Gemma 4 12B. If you want to run agentic workflows directly on your machine, this is the model you've been waiting for. What makes this special is how Google re-engineered the way the model "sees" and "hears" things.
Vision and audio now flow directly into the main backbone, drastically cutting latency and memory usage.
This is their first mid-sized model to handle audio natively.
They simplified it so much that raw audio signals are projected directly into the same space as text tokens, allowing it to translate and transcribe entirely offline.
It delivers benchmark performance shockingly close to Google's larger 26B MoE model, but it comfortably runs locally on consumer laptops.
It features Multi-Token Prediction (MTP) drafters to keep generation fast, and it launches alongside an official "Gemma Skills" repository to help you build autonomous, multi-step agents right out of the box.
The best part? It’s completely open and accessible under an Apache 2.0 license. You can download the weights on Hugging Face or Kaggle right now, or spin it up instantly in tools like Ollama, LM Studio, and llama(.)cpp.
Your prompts are leaving out 80% of what you're thinking.
When you type a prompt, you summarize. When you speak one, you explain. Wispr Flow captures your full reasoning — constraints, edge cases, examples, tone — and turns it into clean, structured text you paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI tool. The difference shows up immediately. More context in, fewer follow-ups out.
89% of messages sent with zero edits. Used by teams at OpenAI, Vercel, and Clay. Try Wispr Flow free — works on Mac, Windows, and iPhone.
