The "controversial" Claude trick going viral...

Meta graduated to the "Big Kid Table." After the middling reception of Llama 4 Maverick, Mark Zuckerberg is firing back with Muse Spark, a new open-source king?
What's on FIRE 🔥
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH STARTCLAW
StartClaw runs OpenClaw in the cloud so your agent works 24/7: researches leads, monitors competitors, pulls data from any website (yes, even LinkedIn and sites behind anti-bot walls), sends follow-ups, updates your CRM — and asks for your approval before doing anything risky.
Persistent memory across sessions. Full action tracing — you see every step. 1,000+ integrations with Google, Notion, Slack, HubSpot. Context compaction that cuts API costs by 90%.
No API keys. No servers. No Docker. $15/mo, token budget included.
AI INSIGHTS
2025 was a rough year for Meta’s AI ambitions. Llama 4 Maverick was widely seen as a middling disappointment. After spending a small fortune to hire Scale AI’s Alexandr Wang, Meta has returned with Muse Spark.
Instead of just one brain, Meta is using an orchestration layer to solve the hardest problems:
In its "Contemplating" mode, Muse Spark runs a squad of AI agents in parallel to reason through complex Scientific and Legal queries.
The model scored a 52 on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index, placing it firmly in the Top 5 alongside GPT-5.4 and Gemini 3.1 Pro.
Meta consulted with over 1,000 physicians to curate its training data.
The team claims they achieved Llama 4-level performance using 10x less compute, allowing for faster, cheaper inference on mobile devices.
For years, Meta was the darling of the "open AI" movement. But Muse Spark is closed source. While Zuckerberg says he hopes to open-source future versions, Meta is finally looking to turn its $135B capex into a direct revenue stream.
Muse Spark is Meta’s "Big Kid Table" moment, they are no longer providing the tools for others to build; they are building the ultimate personal assistant themselves.

AI HIGHLIGHTS
😬 Someone found a controversial trick to speed up Claude, it instantly went SUPER viral. People love the results, but the ethics discussion is heating up. See it in action!
🐎 A surprise model called ‘HappyHorse-1.0’ took #1 spot on Artificial Analysis video rankings, even beating Seedance 2.0. A full reveal is coming, you can try using it here.
🤔 Google’s AI Overviews look fast, but a new study shows it gives incorrect answers about 10% of the time. Remember, a quick verification can save you big trouble.
📱 New startup, Poke, dropped an AI agent that works inside iMessage, SMS, Telegram. It lets you automate tasks by texting (link to try). It’s like OpenClaw for everyone.
☁️ Amazon backed both OpenAI and Anthropic, and AWS says the “conflict” is normal. Actually, multi-model strategy helps you choose the best AI for each task.
🛡️ Anthropic's new "Mythos" already exposed thousands of browser and OS vulnerabilities. They launched Project Glasswing so companies can prepare quietly.
💰 Big AI Fundraising: D-Robotics in China secured an additional $150M, raising its funding to $270M. This strengthens its role in AI robotics, with backing from prominent investors.

AI BREAKTHROUGH
We’ve gotten used to AI models being sprints, they give a great answer, but if a task takes more than ten minutes of back-and-forth, they usually lose the plot. So, Z AI released GLM-5.1, designed for autonomous sessions of up to 8 hours.
With a score of 58.4 on SWE-Bench Pro, GLM-5.1 has moved ahead of recent models from OpenAI and Anthropic. In simple terms, the model is built to keep working on complex problems without losing direction.
Continuous optimization: It can run tests, identify issues, and refine the solution through many tool calls while keeping track of its earlier decisions.
Large project builds: In one demo, it created a functional Linux desktop web app, including a terminal and simple games, within a single workflow.
Efficiency gains: On KernelBench Level 3 workloads, it achieved a 3.6x GPU speedup, making it as efficient as it is capable.
Creative flexibility: Beyond raw logic, it took #2 place in the Design Arena, nearly as well as Claude Opus 4.6.
The key shift is the ability to adjust strategy after failed attempts and continue refining results over extended workflows.
GLM-5.1 is a warning shot to every closed-source lab. If an open-source model can top the SWE-Bench Pro and handle 8-hour autonomous workflows, the "moat" around proprietary coding models is officially drying up.
