💥 The $5,000 Black Friday Plan: Copy This Exact 7-Day Strategy Now

Most people fail at online sales. Learn the specific 7-day roadmap to potentially earn $5,000 this shopping season without spending on ads.

TL;DR

Earn money this Black Friday by promoting high-commission digital software rather than low-value physical items. Use AI to identify specific sub-niches and create short-form video content to drive traffic.

Black Friday shoppers possess high purchase intent, making conversion easier than other months. Success comes from promoting software with high recurring commissions instead of low-margin physical goods. This approach requires significantly less traffic volume to generate substantial revenue.

The strategy uses ChatGPT to identify specific consumer problems and sub-niches rather than generic categories. You will learn to create faceless short-form videos and simple bridge pages to direct viewers to affiliate offers without using paid advertisements.

Key points

  • Selling 100 software subscriptions at 50% commission yields $5,000 much faster than selling thousands of low-margin physical items.

  • Avoid asking AI for generic niche lists; request specific customer complaints to solve instead.

  • Always use a bridge page to route traffic from social media to affiliate links to prevent account bans.

Critical insight

An imperfect website that is live generates more revenue than a perfect concept that never launches.

Introduction

Let me ask you a question. How many videos have you watched about "making money online" this week? Probably a lot. And how much money have you actually made from them? If the answer is "zero," please do not feel bad. You are not alone.

I have been working in this industry for many years. I have seen every trick and every trend. Right now, as we get close to Black Friday, your social media feed is probably full of people promising you that AI will do all the work for you. They say you just need to push a button, and cash will fly into your bank account.

I want to be very honest with you: That is not true.

AI is amazing. I use it every day. But it is not a magic wand. It is a tool, like a power drill. If you do not know where to drill the hole, the tool is useless.

However, there is good news. Black Friday really is the best time of the year to start. I remember my first Black Friday. I was nervous. I didn't have a lot of money to spend on ads. I just had my laptop and a lot of free time. I tried a simple strategy, and when I saw my first commission notification pop up on my phone, I almost dropped my coffee. It was only $50, but it proved that it was possible.

In this guide, I am going to teach you that exact process. We are going to ignore the "get rich quick" noise. Instead, we will focus on a boring, simple, and effective business plan. We will use free AI tools to speed up the work, but we will use our brains to make the decisions.

I will explain everything step-by-step. Imagine I am sitting right next to you at a coffee shop, drawing this out on a napkin. We will cover the math, the tools, the psychology of buyers, and exactly what to type into your computer.

Let’s get to work.

Part I: Why Is Black Friday The "Golden Window" For Newbies?

You might be thinking, "Isn't the internet too crowded? Isn't it too late for me?"

This is a very normal fear. But you need to understand something about human behavior in November.

why-is-black-friday-the-golden-window-for-newbies

Why Is selling In November Easier Than In July?

In a normal month, like July or March, people are "cold." If you show them an ad for a new pair of headphones, their brain says: "Do I really need this? Maybe I should save money. My car insurance is due soon." You have to work very hard to convince them. You have to be a master salesman.

But in November, specifically during Black Friday and Cyber Monday week, people are "warm." Actually, they are "hot." They have been saving money for months. They have their credit cards sitting next to their keyboards. They are actively looking for excuses to spend money.

When a customer is in this state, you do not need to be a master salesman. You just need to be a traffic cop. You just need to stand there and point them in the right direction. You say, "Hey, the deal you are looking for is over there," and they will run to it.

This is why this is the best time for beginners. The "selling" part is already done by the big companies (Amazon, Samsung, Apple). Your job is just to connect the person to the product.

Let's Look At The "Boring Math" (It Will Excite You)

lets-look-at-the-boring-math-it-will-excite-you

I want to show you why most people fail. They fail because they pick the wrong products.

Imagine you want to make $5,000.

Scenario A: Selling Phone Case

You join the Amazon Associates program. You decide to promote a cool iPhone case that costs $20. Amazon usually pays about 4% commission on this category.

$20 x 4% = $0.80.

You earn 80 cents per sale. To make $5,000, you need to find 6,250 people to buy that case. That is a stadium full of people. It is very, very hard to get that much traffic for free.

Scenario B: Selling Software (My Recommendation)

Now, imagine you promote a software tool, like a VPN or a website builder. These companies have no shipping costs. So they pay huge commissions. Let's say you promote a VPN service that costs $100 for a 2-year plan. They often pay 50% commission.

$100 x 50% = $50.

To make $5,000, you need 100 people to buy. Do you see the difference? finding 100 people is much easier than finding 6,000 people. When you are just starting, you must choose the path of least resistance.

Part II: How Can I Use AI To Find Winning Ideas?

Most people use ChatGPT like a Google search bar. They ask:

"What are the best Black Friday niches?"

And ChatGPT answers:

"Electronics, Fashion, Beauty, Home Garden."

This is useless. It is too broad. If you try to start a "Fashion" website today, you will be crushed by big magazines like Vogue or Elle.

You need to go deeper. You need to find a "Sub-Niche." A sub-niche is a small corner of the market where the big companies are not paying attention.

Here is how I use AI to find these goldmines. I have created these specific prompts for you. You can copy them, but read my explanation so you understand why they work.

Prompt Strategy 1: The "Complaint" Finder

This is my secret weapon. The best way to sell something is to solve a problem. If people hate their current vacuum cleaner, and you show them a better one, they will buy it.

Copy this into ChatGPT:

"I want to do affiliate marketing for Black Friday. Please act as a Market Researcher. Analyze the top 3 most popular product categories for 'Home Office Equipment'. For each category, tell me the top 3 complaints people usually have with these products. Then, suggest a specific sub-niche product that solves that complaint."
prompt-strategy-1-the-complaint-finder

Why this works:

Instead of just saying "Sell Office Chairs," the AI might tell you:

  • Complaint: "Office chairs make my back hurt after 8 hours."

  • Solution: "Ergonomic Lumbar Support Cushions."

Now, you are not just selling a chair. You are selling "Pain Relief." That is much more powerful.

Prompt Strategy 2: The "Gift Giver" Persona

During Black Friday, half of the people are shopping for themselves, but the other half are shopping for Christmas gifts. Buying gifts is stressful. People do not know what to get for their dad, their boss, or their teenager.

Copy this into ChatGPT:

"Act as a Personal Shopping Assistant. Create a list of 5 specific 'hard-to-buy-for' personality types (e.g., 'The Dad who has everything', 'The College Student living in a dorm'). For each person, suggest 3 unique tech products under $50 that will be on sale during Black Friday. Explain why they would love it."
prompt-strategy-2-the-gift-giver-persona

Why this works:

Now you have content ideas! You can make a video called "3 Gadgets for the Dad Who Wants Nothing." This is very specific. Specific content gets more views than generic content.

Prompt Strategy 3: The "Software Stack"

Since we talked about how good software commissions are, let's find some software to sell.

Copy this into ChatGPT:

"I want to promote digital products with high recurring commissions. List 5 types of software that small business owners desperately need to buy before the New Year for tax reasons or to start fresh. Think about accounting, email marketing, or productivity."
prompt-strategy-3-the-software-stack

This helps you target business owners. Business owners spend money faster than normal people because they need these tools to run their companies.

Part III: What Products Should I Actually Promote?

Okay, we have done our research. Now we need to pick our "lane."

Please, do not try to be Amazon. Do not try to sell headphones AND dog food AND hosting. You will confuse your audience. You need to pick one identity.

Here are three specific paths I recommend for beginners this year.

Path 1: The "New Creator" Kit (Digital)

This is a very hot niche. Everyone wants to be a YouTuber or a Streamer these days.

You can create a "Starter Kit" list for them.

  • Product 1: Video Editing Software (like Adobe or generic AI editors).

  • Product 2: A VPN service (for security).

  • Product 3: Web Hosting (to build their portfolio).

Why this is good: These are high-commission items. You can create content showing "How to start a YouTube channel in 2025" and link to these tools.

Path 2: The "Smart Home" Solver (Physical)

This is a physical niche, but it is high value. People love smart homes, but they are confused by them.

"Does this light bulb work with Alexa?" "Do I need a hub?"

You can be the person who explains it.

  • Product: Robot Vacuums (High price = decent commission).

  • Product: Smart Security Cameras.

  • Product: Smart Thermostats.

Why this is good: These items cost $200-$500. Even with a lower commission rate from Amazon (usually 3-4%), you can still make $10-$20 per sale. It adds up if you get volume.

Path 3: The "CPA" Route (Free Stuff)

I mentioned this briefly before, but let's go deeper. CPA means "Cost Per Action."

This is great if you think your audience doesn't have money to spend.

You find offers where you get paid if someone signs up for a free trial or enters a contest.

  • Example: "Win a $500 Amazon Gift Card."

  • Example: "Get a Free Sample of Dog Food."

You might only make $1 or $2 per person. But it is very easy to get someone to click a link for free stuff. You can use networks like CPAGrip or OfferVault to find these deals.

Part IV: How To Get Traffic (Without Dancing On TikTok)

This is the part where most people get stuck. "I don't have followers!"

You do not need followers. You need views. And today, the internet is built to give new accounts views if the content is good.

We will focus on "Short Form Content" (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) because it is the fastest way to grow.

The "B-Roll" Strategy (Faceless)

You do not need to show your face. You do not need to speak if you are shy.

You can use "B-Roll." B-Roll is just background video.

Step 1: Go to a free stock video site like Pexels or Pixabay.

step-1-go-to-a-free-stock-video-site-like-pexels-or-pixabay

Step 2: Search for videos related to your niche.

  • If you are selling "Relaxation," find videos of rain or a cozy fireplace.

  • If you are selling "Tech," find videos of someone typing on a laptop.

  • If you are selling "Black Friday," find videos of shopping malls or red signs.

Step 3: Go to Canva. It is free.

step-3-go-to-canva-it-is-free

Step 4: Create a "Mobile Video" design. Upload your stock video.

Step 5: Add text on top.

The Structure Of A Viral Video

You cannot just post a video saying "Buy this." No one cares. You need a structure.

1. The Hook (0-3 seconds):

You must stop them from scrolling.

  • Bad Hook: "Here is a good deal."

  • Good Hook: "Stop scrolling if you want to save $200 today."

  • Good Hook: "This might be the biggest pricing mistake Amazon ever made."

  • Good Hook: "Why is nobody talking about this?"

2. The Value (3-50 seconds):

Show the product. Show the problem it solves. Show the price comparison.

"Usually this costs $100, but right now it is $40. It handles [Problem A] and [Problem B]."

3. The Call to Action (CTA) (Last 5 seconds):

Tell them exactly what to do.

"Link is in my bio."

"Check the pinned comment."

"Grab it before it's gone."

This is a sneaky trick.

Go to Google Trends. Look at what is trending right now. If you see "iPhone 15 Pro Max" is spiking in search, make a video about iPhone cases immediately. If you see "Air Fryer Recipes" is trending, make a video about the best Air Fryer deal.

You are "surfing" the wave of traffic that is already there.

Part V: Building Your Money Machine (The Website)

Do not send people directly to Amazon. Amazon might ban you. And TikTok doesn't like direct links either.

You need a "Bridge Page."

Think of a Bridge Page like a menu in a restaurant. It lists the options, and then sends the customer to the kitchen (the store) to order.

Tools You Can Use (Free)

tools-you-can-use-free
  • Carrd: This is my favorite. It is very simple. You can make a one-page site in 15 minutes.

  • Google Sites: Completely free, hosted by Google. Very reliable.

  • Linktree: Very basic, just a list of links. Good for starting, but a real page is better.

What To Put On The Page

Keep it clean. White background, black text.

  1. Headline: "Top Black Friday Deals for [Your Niche]"

  2. Sub-headline: "I track the prices so you don't have to."

  3. The Deals:

what-to-put-on-the-page

* [Name of Product]
* [Original Price crossed out] -> [Sale Price]
* **BIG BUTTON:** "Check Availability on Amazon" (This is your affiliate link).

Adding The "Secret Sauce"

To make people really want to click, add a "scarcity" element. Add a text near the button that says: "High Demand: Only a few left in stock" or "Sale ends in 24 hours."

(Only say this if it is true or if the deal is actually limited).

Part VI: Your 7-Day Battle Plan

You can read this article all day, but nothing will happen until you move your hands.

Here is your schedule.

Day 1: Foundation

  • Morning: Pick your niche. (e.g., "Gaming Monitors").

  • Afternoon: Apply for Amazon Associates and one other affiliate program (like a gaming mouse brand).

  • Evening: Create your "Bridge Page" on Carrd. Put placeholder buttons there until you get your affiliate links.

Day 2: Content Banking

  • Morning: Go to Pexels and download 20 stock videos.

  • Afternoon: Go to ChatGPT. Ask for "20 controversial or funny hooks about gaming monitors."

  • Evening: Go to Canva/CapCut. Create 5 videos. Do not post them yet. Just save them to your phone.

Day 3: The Warm Up

  • Morning: Create your TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts. Use a name like "GamerDeals24" or "MonitorHunter."

  • Noon: Post your first video.

  • Evening: Post your second video. Spend 20 minutes liking and commenting on other gaming videos to "warm up" the account.

Day 4: Consistency

  • Morning: Post Video #3.

  • Afternoon: Check your comments. If anyone comments, reply immediately.

  • Evening: Make 5 more videos. You always want to be ahead.

Day 5: Community

  • Morning: Post Video #4.

  • Afternoon: Go to Reddit. Find the subreddit r/buildapcsales or r/gaming. Look for people asking questions. "Is this monitor good?"

  • Action: Reply with helpful advice. Do not spam your link. Just help. If you help enough, people will click your profile (where your link is).

Day 6: Optimization

  • Morning: Post Video #5.

  • Afternoon: Look at your data. Which video got the most views? Why? Was the music good? Was the hook angry? Was it funny?

  • Evening: Make 5 new videos based on what you learned.

Day 7: Black Friday

  • All Day: Post 3-5 times today.

  • Story: Use Instagram Stories to post "Flash Sales" that expire in 1 hour. This creates urgency.

  • Check: Make sure your website is not crashing and links are working.

Part VII: Mistakes That Will Kill Your Progress

mistakes-that-will-kill-your-progress

I have made these mistakes. Please avoid them.

1. Being a Perfectionist:

Your first video will be ugly. Your website might look a bit amateur. It does not matter. An ugly website that is online makes more money than a perfect website that is only in your head. Just launch it.

2. Giving Up Too Soon:

You might post 5 videos and get 0 views. This is normal. The algorithm is learning who you are. I once had an account that got 100 views for 2 weeks, and then suddenly one video hit 500,000 views overnight. You have to keep pushing.

3. Ignoring Mobile Users:

90% of your traffic will come from phones. When you design your website, look at it on your phone. If the button is too small to click with a thumb, you are losing money. Make everything big and easy to read.

4. Not Disclosing:

You must legally say "I earn a commission from these links." Put it in your video description and at the bottom of your website. It builds trust, and it keeps you out of legal trouble.

Conclusion

Making $5,000 is a big goal. Maybe you will hit it. Maybe you will only make $50.

But think about it this way: If you make $50 this week from the internet, you have unlocked a new skill. You have proven that you can generate money from thin air.

Once you know how to make $50, you just need to do the same thing 100 times to make $5,000. It is just a math problem. The tools are free. The information is right here. The buyers are waiting with their credit cards.

The only variable left is you. Are you going to close this tab and watch a cat video? Or are you going to open ChatGPT and start your research?

I hope you choose to start. Good luck, and happy hunting.
