📊 DATAMIND Dethrones GPT-5
😂 Sam Steals GPUs...!?

Read time: 5 minutes
DATAMIND just embarrassed GPT-5 on real-world data. Sam Altman? He’s starring in a viral Sora 2 meme about stealing GPUs. And Apple? It just scrapped Vision Pro to gamble everything on AI glasses…

AI INSIGHTS
Open-source models usually fail when handling messy, real data. But Alibaba’s DATAMIND beat GPT-5 and DeepSeek-V3.1 on complex, real-world data problems with a small 14B model.
DATAMIND helps you build data agents that:
Work with CSV, Excel, and SQLite files
Solve multi-step questions (like SQL + trends + stats)
Don’t need perfect prompts to get good results
And it’s all open-source. Alibaba made 18 types of data tasks (like “find correlations” or “detect anomalies”). They then created harder tasks by combining them.
For each task, DATAMIND tries different ways to solve it. If the answers all match, it keeps them. If not, it throws them out. Funny thing is that it’s sometimes picking a random consistent answer works better than choosing the “best” one.
When generating code, DATAMIND runs each solution in a separate, isolated space. This stops it from crashing when working with big or messy data.
Why it matters: Actually, DATAMIND isn’t trying to beat GPT-5 at writing sonnets. It’s just trying to build data agents that don’t lie. And it works. If you’re a builder trying to launch AI agents for database, you might not need a closed-source giant anymore.

AI TUTORIAL
Founders need more conversions than leads.
Wing clients see 30-40% higher close rates, because we solve the biggest barrier that tools can’t: automation is great for tasks, but it doesn’t build relationships.
When prospects want a custom demo, a real conversation, or a quick resolution, CRM tools fall short. That’s where a Wing Assistant steps in:
Prospects get timely, human responses
Leads engaged immediately with smart nurturing
CRM updates, admin backend handled
Result: More deals closed per month, minus the $8K/month closer.

AI CHART
If you’ve been using AutoGen or Semantic Kernel to build AI agents… they’re now in “maintenance mode”. Microsoft rolled out its Agent Framework, a brand-new all-in-one SDK that merges everything into one unified agent stack.
Here’s what you get:
Multi-agent workflows across M365 Copilot, AI Foundry, etc.
API integration with OpenAPI + multi-runtime collab via A2A + MCP
Built-in orchestration agents like Magentic One
Context-aware task routing (no more platform hopping)
Cross-platform agent builds from one place
Now, here’s what makes it actually different from other frameworks:
It blocks prompt injections & risky behavior
It keeps agents from wandering off-task
It alerts if agents access private user data
You can spin up, monitor, and debug thousands of agents with zero code switching between tooling stacks. They’re betting that enterprise AI won’t be about “one smart GPT.” → It’ll be a network of thousands of agents!
