AI INSIGHTS
That title might make it sound obvious or definitive, but with big tech and everyone focusing on “smart” or “beautiful” rankings, we think this basic point needs to be emphasized more.
Being “smart” is no longer and ever enough. According to tech investor Gavin Baker, it’s about saving you hours (not sounding “oh, it’s clever”)
1. Massive Context = Memory That Matters
You want an AI to plan your vacation? It better know you hate middle seats and need morning sun → In short: usefulness = personalization at the memory level.
2. Reliability = No More Guesswork
Forget hallucinated flight times or “vibe guesses.” Agents need to be boring, consistent, and precise. Unreliable AI saves you nothing.
3. Task Length = From 5 Minutes to 5 Hours Saved
We’ve moved past “Book me a table” → “Plan a full 10-day trip for my family, across 3 countries, with dietary restrictions” → These are multi-hour, multi-step tasks.
Gavin calls it the ROI handoff. All of it, live in memory. The ultimate Chief of Staff. Everyone’s chasing performance benchmarks. But the winning agents will be the ones that just quietly save you hours a day.
Whoever holds the most memory-rich agents will dominate, not just because of tech, but because they become impossible to rip out of your workflow.

HOW AI WILL CHANGE IN 2026
The chatbot era is officially over. In 2026, AI becomes your digital coworker, one that remembers everything, plans ahead, and works while you sleep.
Our tech investor, Neil Phan, just dropped a 7-trend report that shows exactly how AI is about to flip your job, your tools, and your expectations next year.
Basically, if you're still applying the old way, you're invisible. But someone who knows how to use it right definitely will.
One hint inside our report: Every Agent gets a digital ID. You control what they see and send, no more risky “Double Agents.”
👉 This is the must-read guide if you want to stay useful in 2026. Don’t get replaced by someone who simply knows how to prompt better than you.

AI BREAKTHROUGH
It’s not just faster or smarter. GPT-5.2 is now safer, less deceptive, and way harder to trick. Basically, deception is WAY down, dropped from 7.7% → 1.6%.
This means GPT-5.2-thinking now resists the urge to lie or mislead about tools, behavior, or facts, even in real user traffic.
Even in red-team-style prompts designed to tempt it, deception dropped from 11.8% → 5.4%. That’s a huge leap in trustworthiness. GPT-5.2-thinking scores much higher on benchmarks for:
Mental health (0.915 vs 0.684 in GPT-5.1)
Emotional reliance (0.955 vs 0.785)
Also notable: OpenAI is rolling out age prediction models behind the scenes. If you’re under 18, the model automatically restricts access to certain content. Both GPT-5.2-thinking and instant variants scored near-perfect on known prompt injection tests:
Agent JSK: 0.997
Agent JSK 2: 0.978
If GPT-5.2 is already “on the cusp,” how close is GPT-6? And what does OpenAI do when it does cross the line?
