💰 How I Built an AI Dropshipping Empire (And Now Make $1,000/Day)

Before we start clicking buttons, let’s define the game.

• E-commerce is simply the act of buying and selling goods online. It’s the modern storefront.

• Dropshipping is a specific fulfillment method for e-commerce.

=> You list a product on your site → Customer buys it from you for $50 → You automatically pay the supplier $15 → The supplier ships it directly to the customer.

You keep the $35 profit without ever touching the box. It is the ultimate low-risk business model because you never buy stock until after you have made the sale.

II. What is The Best Platform For This?

There are dozens of platforms out there (WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce), but for this lesson, and for serious dropshippers, Shopify is the only logical choice.

Here is why 90% of the top e-commerce stores run on Shopify:

• Zero tech skills required: You don't need to be a coder. If you can use Facebook, you can build a Shopify store. It uses a simple drag-and-drop builder that makes your site look professional instantly.

• The ecosystem: Just like your iPhone has an app for everything, Shopify has an app for every business need. Need to import products? Use AutoDS. Need reviews? Use Loox. Need email marketing? Use Klaviyo. It plugs into everything.

• Built for speed & trust: Shopify hosts your site on their massive servers. This means your site won't crash even if you send 100,000 visitors from a viral TikTok. Plus, customers trust the "Shopify Secure" checkout process.

• Seamless integration: It connects perfectly with TikTok Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Shopping. Tracking your sales and pixels is automatic, not a headache.

In short: Shopify handles the boring technical stuff so you can focus on the money-making stuff (Marketing).

III. How do I Find Winning Products Without Guessing?

Rule #1: Do not try to invent a new product. You are not Elon Musk.

Rule #2: Find what is already selling and sell it better.

Here is exactly how you do it:

Find the Winner: Scroll TikTok/Facebook Feed. Look for products with massive engagement (thousands of likes/comments) but a "meh" website. I already gave you some tips about this in my previous lesson on how to find best Facebook ads.

Example: Internal nasal dilators, or a Red Light Therapy Wand

→ Verify the Demand: Go to AliExpress or AutoDS. Check if the product is available and cheap.

→ If they sell it for $60 and you can buy it for $10, you have a winner.

IV. How do I Build The Store Technically?

You can build a fully automated store in less than 24 hours. Don't worry, you don't need to hire a developer or know how to code. Shopify has made this so easy that you can build a site that looks like a Fortune 500 brand for less than the price of a coffee. Here is how I did it:

1. The Engine: Set Up Your Shopify ($1/Month)

Go to Shopify and grab the 3-Day Free Trial. After that, it locks in at just $1/month for 3 months. That is cheaper than a bottle of water.

For the themes setting for your brand, Shopify already has some free templates, you can check it out. But if you want your brand to be unique, upload your zip file with themes about your brand specifically.

Go to “Online store” → Themes → Import theme → Upload zip file → Upload the pre-built theme file.

2. The Supplier: AutoDS (The Automation)

Install AutoDS from the Shopify App Store.

What it does: It finds the product, imports it to your store, and automatically ships it when you get a sale. You never touch a box.

The Workflow:

1. Find a product on AliExpress (e.g., The Red Light Therapy Wand).

2. Copy the AliExpress URL.

3. Go to AutoDS → "Add Product"→ "Single Product."

4. Paste the URL and click "Publish to Store."

Then you wait 30s for the products to be added.

Once the product is added, open the product page. We still have to optimize your product to fit your brand (title, images, price, etc.). For this one, I’m gonna use ChatGPT to set up the whole description for my product.

Prompt:

You’re an 8 figure ecommerce store owner, selling [PRODUCT]. Your goal is to get the customer to purchase today! Use AIDA copywriting principles. Highlight the benefits/outcome over the features.

V. How do I Scale Ads Using "Surf Scaling"? (Paid Ads)

Organic traffic (guided in my previous lesson) is great for safety, but if you want to hit $1,000+ profit days, you cannot wait for the algorithm to "bless" you. You have to force it. You need your Facebook Ads, or TikTok Ads.. And we are going to use a strategy called "Surf Scaling."

Most beginners lose money because they "Set and Forget" their ads. They turn them on and pray.

Surf Scaling is active. You treat the algorithm like a wave. If the wave is good, you ride it (scale up). If the wave is bad, you get off (kill it) before you drown. In this lesson, I’m gonna talk about Tiktok Ads.

Phase 1: Setup - The Midnight Protocol

TikTok’s algorithm resets every day at midnight. We want to be first in line when the auction opens.

• Create 3 Duplicate Campaigns. They are identical. Same product, same video, same targeting (Broad/Open targeting usually works best for viral products).

• Set each campaign to $50/day.

• Do not start them now. Schedule them to turn on automatically at 12:00 AM (Midnight) local time.

→ Why 3? Algorithms are random. Campaign A might flop. Campaign B might break even. Campaign C might go viral. We are buying 3 lottery tickets instead of one.

Phase 2: Surfing the Algorithm During the Day

You don't need to stare at the screen all day. You just need to check in at three specific times. Set alarms on your phone.

⏰ Checkpoint 1: The Kill Switch (11:00 AM)

Open your Ads Manager. Look at the spend.

→ If a campaign has spent $20 and got 0 Sales, KILL IT IMMEDIATELY. Turn it off. Do not "give it more time." It’s a bad wave.

→ The Winners: If a campaign has generated a sale (and is profitable), Bump the Budget by 20%.

→ Logic: You are telling TikTok, "I like this. Give me a little more."

⏰ Checkpoint 2: Double Down on Winners (2:00 PM)

Check the winners again.

• Is it still profitable? Did it get more sales since 11 AM?

• If yes, Double the Budget. (e.g., Change $60 → $120).

• The Logic: You have confirmed this is a "Hot Day." The audience is buying. You want to force TikTok to spend as much as possible while the window is open.

⏰ Checkpoint 3: Let It Ride (8:00 PM)

The day is almost over. If it is still profitable, let it ride until midnight. You might spend $500 today to make $1,500 back. This is how you hit those massive numbers.

Phase 3: The Midnight Reset (Do Not Skip This)

At 11:59 PM, turn EVERYTHING off. Yes, even the winners.

• Take your Winning Campaign. Duplicate it 3-5 times for tomorrow, and schedule them for Midnight again.

• Why? TikTok performance usually degrades after 24 hours on this strategy. You want to "reset" the wave and start fresh tomorrow with the winning data.

VI. How does Having an AI Face Give Me A Competitive Advantage?

This is where you beat every other dropshipper.

Regular dropshippers are lazy. They steal low-quality videos from the internet or pay random influencers $500 for one video.

You OWN the Influencer (as I mentioned in my recent lesson - it’s my Mia 😄).

When you run ads, the "Creative" (the video) is responsible for 80% of the success.

1. Creative Strategy That Actually Converts

Don't make an ad that looks like a TV commercial. Make it look like a TikTok.

• The Hook: Have Mia hold the product (or use a split screen).

• The Script: "I tried this $300 [Brand Name] wand vs. this $60 dupe I found... and you won't believe the results."

→ Why it works: "Dupes" are a massive trend. You aren't selling a "cheap knockoff"; you are selling a "smart financial hack."

2. The Trust Bridge That Doubles Conversion Rate

Here is the magic moment:

1. User sees Mia in the ad on TikTok.

2. User clicks "Shop Now."

3. User lands on your product page... and sees Mia again.

This is critical.

Most dropshipping sites look like scams because the ad shows a person, but the website shows generic factory photos.

By putting Mia's face on your store (in the banner, in the reviews, holding the product), you create Brand Consistency.

Result: Your Conversion Rate doubles. Your Ad Costs drop. You win!
